Pocket-Promo's Cancellation and Refund Policy

Pocket-Promo wants to be your partner in your text message marketing campaigns. However, we realize that sometimes your business needs change and you need to cancel your service. Although we are sad to see you go, we will work with you to help you close out your account.

You can cancel your account at any time for any reason, however be advised that we do not issue refunds for unused service or unused text messages.

If you have paid for your monthly service, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. Any unused text messages will be forfeited upon the closure of your account. We do this due to the variable nature of the costs of text messages based on volume discounts.

Any unused credit or remaining service fee will not be refunded.

ANY UNUSED CREDIT OR REMAINING SERVICE FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNLESS THE CANCELLATION IS DUE TO NON-FUNCTIONING SYSTEMS.
